(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）扶持中小企业政策：本项目包件一：2025年储备土地全域巡查-(S2以北）是专门面向中小企业采购，包件二：2025年储备土地全域巡查-(S2以南）是专门面向小微企业采购，评审时小型和微型企业产品不再享受 10%的价格折扣。（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业等。

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Support for SME policies: This project, consisting of two packages, Package A: 2025 Full-area Patrol of Reserved Land ( of S2) and Package B: 2025 Full-area Patrol of Reserved Land (south of S2), is specifically designed for procurement from SMEs. the evaluation process, products from small and micro enterprises will no longer enjoy a 10% price discount.
(2) Support for welfare institutions for the disabled, treating them par with small and micro enterprises, etc.

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、须系我国境内依法设立的法人（本项目不接受分公司以自己名义参加采购活动）；
4、本项目不允许转包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. Must be a legal person established in accordance with the law within the territory of our country (this project does not accept branch companies participating in the procurement activities in own name);
4. This project does not allow subcontracting.

(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
