(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3）标段最高限价400万元以下（含400万）的园林绿化工程项目，根据项目实际情况设置，最低应为5人（含）以上，且需包含*园林项目负责人、安全员、质量员、材料员、中级园林绿化工（班组负责人）各1名。
4）拟派项目经理须具有上海市园林绿化工程从业人员项目负责人电子卡。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3) For landscaping projects with a maximum bid limit of 4 million yuan (including 4 million yuan), the minimum number of personnel should be 5 (including) or more, and must include one person each of the following roles: *Project Manager, Safety Officer, Quality Officer, Material Officer, and Intermediate Landscape Gardener (Team Leader). 4) The proposed project manager must possess an electronic card for project managers in Shanghai's landscaping industry.

(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
