(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: Promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and the employment of people with disabilities. This shall be implemented in accordance with the "Measures for Promoting the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises through Government Procurement" (CAI Ku [2020] No. 46) and the "Notice on Further Increasing the Support for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises through Government Procurement" [2022] No. 19.

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：具备建设部颁发的市政公用工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质，拟派建造师具备市政公用工程注册二级及其以上资格。本项目专门面向中小企业采购。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: It should possess a Grade 3 or above general contracting qualification for municipal public works issued by the Ministry of Construction, and the proposed construction engineer should have a Grade 2 or above registered qualification for municipal public works. This project is specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises for procurement.

(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
