合同履约期限：本项目一次采购三年有效，服务合同一年一签订，中标人经采购人考核通过后方可续签下一年合同，若中标人无法通过采购人考核，采购人有权终止合同并重新采购。本次采购预算金额所涵盖的服务期限为自****起一年。

The Contract Period: This project is valid for three years at a time, and the service contract is signed once a year. The winning bidder can only renew the contract for the next year after passing the purchaser's examination. If the winning bidder fails to pass the purchaser's examination, the purchaser has the right to terminate the contract and purchase again. The service period covered by this procurement budget amount is one year from August 2, 2025.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve shares, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support the policies of small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specially designed for small and medium-sized enterprises to purchase, and no price discount will be implemented for the products of small and medium-sized enterprises during the review. (2) Welfare units for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises.

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（3）须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织（本项目（不接受）分公司以自己名义参加采购活动）；
（4）本项目不允许转包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in China according to law (the (unacceptable) branch of this project participates in procurement activities in its own name); (4) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
