1.陆家嘴锦绣观澜公建配套房屋位于华戴路499弄，总建筑面积约1752平方米，现对该处公建配套房屋进行修缮供武装部和居委会集中使用，其中武装部用房面积约1299平方米、居委用房面积453平方米。施工内容涉及拆除工程、砌块砖隔墙工程、天棚工程（石膏板吊顶、铝方通吊顶）、墙面涂料工程、地砖铺贴、安装工程（踢脚线、门窗、水电、灯具、洁具）及消防改造工程等。2.川银路99号为御景华庭公建配套用房，建筑面积251平方米，现对该处公建配套房进行装修供居委会使用，其中一层作为居委阅览室面积约93平方米，二层作为居委活动室及多功能室面积约158平方米。施工内容主要为：砌体砌筑、轻钢龙骨石膏板隔墙及天棚吊顶、复合地板铺设、地砖墙砖铺贴、墙面涂饰、水电安装等。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的
