(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the measures of reserving shares, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support the policies of small and medium-sized enterprises: this project is specially designed for small and micro enterprises to purchase, and small and micro enterprises do not implement price deduction concessions during the review.
