(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：1）扶持中小企业政策：本项目专门面向中小企业采购，评审时小型和微型企业不享受10%的价格折扣。（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业；3）本项目不接受进口产品；

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: 1) Support for small and medium-sized enterprises policy: This project is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises, and during evaluation, and micro enterprises do not enjoy a 10% price discount.
(2) Support for welfare institutions for the disabled, treating them as small and micro enterprises;

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. This project does not allow subcontracting. The main contractor shall not subcontract the service items to other entities.
4. Suppliers meet the requirements of Article 17 of the "Guiding Opinions on Docking with International High-Standard Economic and Trade Rules and Promoting the Reform of Government Procment in Pilot Regions" (Shang Cai Cai [2024] No. 12) are not allowed to participate in the procurement activities of this.
