（3）投标人应具备符合越南当地起重机制造、安装、维护保养、改造等所涉及的资格证书(起重机械符合性证书);

（4）投标人应有自****起至投标截止日内在越南当地25T及以上起重机的供货业绩（所提供的单个合同要包含3台以上，其中至少有1台25T及以上起重机）；

（5）投标时须承诺若中标，所供设备主体结构件（大车梁）在投标人本部设计制造，不分包或外委，不在合资厂、合作厂进行设计制造；

（6）本项目不接受代理商投标。

（4）This project is a turnkey project. The bidder is responsible for the overall design, manufacture, transportation, installation, commissioning, and certification (special equipment use registration certificate, acceptance inspection ) of the crane and other related work；

（5）Other technical parameters are detailed in the technical attachments of the tender documents。

Delivery time：The equipment shall be available for delivery within 4 months from the date of contract signing.

3. *The bidders who have confirmed to participate the bid must log on China International Bidding Website (http:****), and register. Please make sure you have registered and passed through the annual review before bidding. The awarding will be publicized on China International Bidding Website.

9. *Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：

(1) Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the national Enterprise Credit Information Publicity system (www.gsxt.gov.cn);

(2) Not included in the list of persons subject to enforcement for breach of trust by "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn);

(3)The bidder shall possess qualification certificates compliant with the requirements for crane manufacturing, installation, maintenance, and modification in Vietnam（Certificate of Conformity for Lifting Machinery）；

(4)Bidders shall have local supply performance of cranes of 25t and above in Vietnam from January 1, 2022 to the bid submission deadline (each individual contract provided shall include more than 3 units, among which at least one unit shall be 25t and above;

(5)The bidder must undertake that the main structural components (bridge girders) of the supplied equipment shall be designed by itself and manufactured at its own base if awarded the contract. The design and manufacturing of such component shall not be subcontracted, outsourced, or conducted at joint venture factories or cooperative factories.

(6)Agents shall not be accepted for this project.
