表面直线度（圆柱形辊）≤0.002mm；

圆度 ≤0.002mm；

同轴度≤0.003mm；

辊型精度（UCM曲线、CVC曲线、凸度、组合曲线）（曲线高度0.1mm处）≤0.003mm/m；

（2）磨削后轧辊表面质量要求：轧辊表面无划痕、轧辊表面无振纹和斜花纹、轧辊表面无砂轮进刀痕；

（3）万能轧辊磨床采用磨削床身与工件床身分离的分体式床身。磨床基础采用基础坑及弹簧隔震器上的惯性块型式；

（4）其它要求详见招标技术文件。

2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货地点：关境外： CIF 上海港；关境内：宝山钢铁股份有限公司冷轧厂项目现场。

交货时间：关境外：合同签订后18个月内FOB交货；关境内：合同签订后18个月内。

Roll profile accuracy (including UCM curve, CVC curve, crown, and combined curves) measured at a curve height of 0.1 mm≤ 0.003mm/m；

(2)Surface quality requirements for rolls after grinding：No scratches on the roll surface、No chatter marks or diagonal patterns on the roll surface、No grinding wheel feed marks on the roll surface；

(3)The universal roll grinding machine incorporates a split-type bed structure, with the grinding bed separated from the workpiece bed. Its foundation consists of a concrete pit and an inertia block supported by spring vibration isolators.

（3）The bidder must be a legally established legal person or other organization. Bids from agents will not be accepted.

（4）The bidder shall have a proven supply track record of universal roll grinding machines for cold rolling mills, with such equipment having been successfully commissioned and put into operation.

（5）Due to the complexity of the project, the high technical requirements, and the stringent demands on the processing accuracy, any bidder wishing to participate in this project shall contact the tenderee to conduct technical exchanges and sign a technical agreement prior to bid opening.
