LOADING RATE:as per the relevant clause of the enclosed LOADING TERMS.

DISCHARGING RATE: 15,000 metric tons PWWD SHINC.

The owner and the commercial operator of the vessel is not an Israeli link.

Owners warrant that Orient Glory Shipping Limited is not in the C.P. chain.

Owner represents and warrants that the Vessel Owner confirms that the Vessel not in time chartered/owned by/commercially linked to any Iranian or North Korean or Russian owners/managers/businesses or any entities subject to any UN or OFAC or any other international sanction. Vessel is not black listed/boycotted or arrested due to Vessel"s flag/ownership/crew employment/age/past trading etc

Freight to be paid by charterers to owner’s nominated bank account within 15 (fifteen) bank working days after completion of discharging wz receive the invoice or debit note of freight and signing/releasing bill(s) of lading with marked‘freight payable as per charter party’.

The ocean freight, whether paid or not, shall be deemed fully earned after the cargo being loaded on board,non-deductible and non-returnable in any event, even the vessel and/or cargo lost and shall be paid as per calculation by freight rate and the bill(s) of lading quantity.

IF the charterers will pay in CNY, the exchange rate will be based on the central parity rate of the yuan against the dollar published by the People"s Bank of China on the date of the BL issued. If the exchange rate were not announced by the People"s Bank of China, the exchange rate would be the same as the previous working day.

Any bank charges incurred in the payment shall be shared equally by both parties.the amount remitted or paid by the paying party in accordance with the agreed amount under this contract, before deduction of any bank charges, shall be deemed as full payment by the paying party. any reduction in the amount actually received by the receiving party due to bank charges shall not affect the fulfillment of the paying party" s payment obligation, and the paying party shall not be required to make up for any shortfall.
