1.4 采购项目概况：我公司承建柬埔寨中能建桔井水泥项目外围配套码头工程，新建桔井装船码头(配备散装装船机、空气斜槽输送系统、水泥 仓出料系统、除尘系统等);新建桔井卸船码头(配备固定式卸船机、料斗、皮 带输送机、S 小车、除尘系统等),地址位于柬埔寨桔井省桔井湄公河大桥西岸 下游约7km处(简称：桔井码头);新建水泥中转站一座(配备斗式提升机、空 气斜槽、水泥出料系统、散装装车系统、除尘系统等),地址位于柬埔寨1号公 路金边物流中心厂区****

Overview of the procurement project:Our company is constructing the peripheral supporting wharf project for the Cambodia Energy China Kratie Cement Project:New Kratie Loading Wharf (bulk loader, air slide conveyor, cement silo discharge system, dust removal system, etc.);New Kratie Unloading Wharf (fixed unloader, hopper, belt conveyor, S-car, dust removal system, etc.), located about 7km downstream west of Kratie Mekong River Bridge, Kratie Province, Cambodia (Kratie Wharf);New Cement Transfer Station (bucket elevator, air slide, cement discharge system, bulk loading system, dust removal system, etc.), located in Phnom Penh Logistics Center, National Highway No.1, Cambodia (Phnom Penh Transfer Station).

2.3 交货地点：柬埔寨金边，由投标人就近选择出运港FOB (建议采用中国上海港),国内运输费由投标方负责。

Delivery location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia. FOB from the nearest port of shipment selected by the Bidder (Shanghai Port, China is recommended). Domestic transportation costs shall be borne by the Bidder. 。
